2nd Grader brings Heroin to school; & passes it out.

 

“A second grader brought bags of a white, powdery substance to school Tuesday and handed them out to some other students, according to Fernando Gallard with the Philadelphia School District.
The child may have thought it was candy, according to initial reports. It turned out to be heroin.
The second grader handed the bags out to 4 other students at the McDaniel School at 23rd & Mifflin Sts. in South Philadelphia, according to the preliminary investigation.”
