Long day once again. One shoot cancelled and I had to go all the way across town for another. I had fun with this one. I Got to hang out with my boys Zac, Brenden, and rapper Obnoxious. My boy “Nox” is a beast on the mic and his wordplay is nuts. He’s been on B.E.T’s 106 & Park twice and has a long resume when it comes to features and mixtapes hes been on. Zac and Brenden manage him now with hope on getting him a deal. He’s bound to blow b/c he’s too nice to not be signed…..peace!!!

Well looks like I wont be shooting The Mevins tonight @ Canes. I got all the way down to the beach only to find out the show was post-poned due to illness. I wasn’t notified about anything from anyone. Not the Reader, Not Prjkt Marketing Firm, or Canes and they[Canes] had known since 5pm. Great job guys…Great job

Picked up the new issue of the The San Diego Reader today to view my work and to my suprise they threw my bro’ Marco V in there again. Thats’s his 2nd time around. What started as comical threat has turned into a reality. Here are the pics if you pick up or have back issues….Yeah!!!!

Once again I’m going to make this quick. A relative of mines needed some quick shots of streetball player Phillip “Hotsauce” Champion sporting one of his newest shirts from his clothing line, University of Southeast(U.S.E). I stopped through after work to take a few quick shots and thought it would be cool post this to promote my photography, Hotsauce, and the clothing line. We got day two coming soon when Hotsauce receives his custom shirt from U.S.E. I look forward to that….later!!!!

Since I’ve started this little blog of mines I have received a lot of good feedback. I’ve been meaning to get a little intimate with it though on a personal level. Its been a long weekend for me. I shot 2 clubs friday, a beer festival saturday, and a fashion show sunday. Sitting at home made me think about a few things.
The photo above had me thinking about my future. Who’s gonna be in it; who’s not. There are people in my life right now that are closer than what I thought and others that I want to be closer but there is something happening in life that prevents them from doing so. Maybe it’s a sign that it’s not meant to be. This relates to all people I associate with rather it be nightlife, work, personal, or photography related. The year 2008 has been good to me being that it has exposed me to nothing but absolute progression. 2008 has also kept me motivated to help others and kept me focused in my most desparate and vulnerable times.
I guess the purpose of this was to get that off my chest and to let you know that if I can do it and still be happy then so can you. I’ve had more than my share of losses and for me to be here expressing myslef to you in this manner is truly a blessing if anything. For me to posses a talent and be passionate about something I can not afford but still make it farther than most is a perfect example of overcoming adversity. So from the bottom of my heart I want to give my dearest thank yous to all readers that follow my weblog. To the individuals that make A07 go ’round, I love you and remember, Family 1st. To the few that are close to me in more ways than one I love you and thank you for giving me the opportunity to know someone of your character. I wish you all the brightest of futures
